Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the plants to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Transit
Carefully repackage your items in their original nursery pots and shipping containers, ensuring the root balls are adequately hydrated and secured for travel.
Ship to Nursery
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the plants are shipped within 48 hours to maintain health.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horticultural experts inspect the returned stock to ensure they meet health standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
